The Rotary District 6150 Training Committee is responsible for supporting the district governor and district governor-elect in their responsibilities for training club and district leaders. The Rotary International Training Cycle provides a guide for leaders who must address the unique challenges of having 100% turnover of club and district leaders every year.
The links above include resources and documents used by committee members as well as club and district leaders. Each section is grouped by training event or responsibility. Can't find what you need? Contact the RI Leadership and Training Division at RIHQ n Evanston, IL by e-mail - click here.
Rotary International’s Training Theory
The purpose of all RI club and district training meetings is to provide Rotarians with the skills and knowledge necessary to develop and support effective clubs. This focus on the operational, rather than the philosophical, aspects of a club allows club and district leaders to concentrate on ensuring that all clubs are functioning effectively and actively supporting the Object of Rotary through the four Avenues of Service.
