DaCdb Release Notes

The developers at DaCdb frequently make improvements to the District and Club Database system.  On this page you will find links to these release notes as they are published and new features are announced.

ReleaseNote1-12-10-RegistrationConfirmation.pdf - Addition of user defined "Reply-to" email address(es) for emailed online registration confirmations and a new confirmation footer for providing additional details such as sending payments, hotel reservation links and instructions, maps, etc.

ReleaseNotes1-7-10-MemberAddressChanges.pdf - Improvements in the Member Contact Information and easier access for editing member records.

ReleaseNotes12-21-09-DELETESRIMemberIDisZERO.pdf - When the Member ID is 0 in DaCdb and a club officer attempts to delete the record, and option is now available to make the deletion at the local level only and not send a notification to RI.  This will eliminate a number of unnecessary notifications being sent to RI for various reasons.

ReleaseNotes-12-17-09-PublicRegistration.pdf - Added capability to create a link so non-Rotarians can easily register for events.

ReleaseNotes-04-19-09.pdf - A number of changes related to menus, dashboard refresh, Pmail changes, two new reports, member add/edit required fields.
