Note 1: All Presidents-Elect Registration Fees should have been paid at the time the club's District Dues were paid to the District Governor during the Official Visit last fall.  Many clubs also send their President-Elect Nominee or club staff members to PETS.  Please check with your club's Treasurer or contact District 6150 MAPETS Registrar, Brenda Fasulo, to determine if the registration fee(s) has been paid.

Note 2: Do I need to register if my registration fee has been paid?  Yes, we need all attendees to register for accurate meal counts, name badges, materials and other planning purposes.
