1. Note application deadlines on the Info for Student's page.
   
   
2. Click here for short term and long term application forms and exchange country options. Note:  You need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader® software to read the application forms which are in PDF format. 
   
   
3. The application forms are electronic, but data typed on the form cannot be saved. Therefore, the best approach is to first print a blank application form.
   
   
4. Complete the printed application form in pen or pencil to make a draft application.
   
   
5. Go back to the electronic form and type in the information from your draft copy. THEN PRINT THE COMPLETED FINAL APPLICATION.
   
   
6. Student and parents sign as indicated and add pictures as described on the form.
   
   
7. Make 3 color copies of the completed application form. This yields 4 original application forms.
   
   
8. Give all 4 original application forms to a Rotary club member.
   
   
9. Rotary club members will interview student applicants and parents according to the schedule on the Youth Exchange home page.
   
   
10. If a student’s application is approved, the Rotary club representatives will sign all 4 original application forms and send them to the Rotary District office:
