Youth Exchange Inquiry Form For Interested Students and Parents
 
 Whether you are a high school student anxious to discover the world of Youth Exchange, or a parent interested in the possibilities of hosting a student in your home, we encourage you to complete this inquiry form for more information and a referral to someone in your area who can answer your questions and help you through the process.

If, however, you’ve decided this really is for you, and you are ready to start working on your application, we encourage you to use these forms for the long-term or short-term application or contact your local Rotary club or District. Read the instructions carefully, and follow them to the letter.
