These proposed changes to be presented April 5, 2008 at District Assembly

The Rotary International District 6150 Council of Governors has voted unanimously to recommended the following amendment to the Rotary District 6150 bylaws.

The proposed change involves Article V-FINANCES, Section 1. Annual Finances.,(a.) This is found on page 82 of your directory.

Article V-FINANCES

CURRENT LANGUAGE:

Section 1. Annual Finances.

(a.) Each club in the District shall pay to the District Treasurer an annual per member assessment of twenty-two dollars ($22.00).

THE PROPOSED CHANGE:

Section 1. Annual Finances.

(a.) Each club in the District shall pay to the District Treasurer an annual per member  dues assessment of eighteen dollars ($18.00) and an annual per member District Conference Registration Fee of ten dollars ($10.00).

This change will be considered and voted upon at District Assembly on April 5th, 2008. Please see Article VIII Section 2 of The Bylaws regarding amendments.
