District 6150 Shares useful tips for your club!
Leadership matters. Your efforts will help your club to be more successful! Ask yourself these questions:
1. Do you speak positively at meetings. Are all club challenges and concerns discussed at board meetings?
2. Do you make the rules the same for everyone? "If so many do not attend why should I?"
3. What is your meeting room set up? Are banners straight, impressive, and neat? Is the facility pleasant for your members and their guests?
4.Are your programs interesting, diverse, informative? Do you have someone designated as a "greeter" to welcome the members and the guests?
5.Do you instill pride, wear your pin and speak about Rotary with enthusiasm
and knowledge?
6. Have you reviewed your Club President's Manual lately? Remember what
you learned at PETS, the fundamentals are important.

Have a Great Week!!
