Group Study Exchange (GSE) is one of the programs of the Rotary Foundation which pairs two Rotary Districts in different countries. Rotarians in each district select, train and exchange teams of non-Rotarians led by a Rotarian Team Leader. Each team member lives with the families of Rotarians over a period of four to six weeks in the host district. During the exchange, each team member will have the opportunity to experience the culture of another country as the team tours numerous communities and locals within the receiving Rotary District. The objective is to provide a cultural and vocational exchange that brings the peoples of two countries and cultures together in friendship and understanding.
