Rotary Shares useful tips to insure your club's success.

You have 315 days left in this Rotary Year, 14 % of the year is gone.

Are you on schedule to accomplish your goals?

Remember that an effective goal is shared, measurable, challenging, achievable, and time specific.

Remember to develop an action plan that outlines specific steps, identifies who is responsible, and identifies resources and tools to achieve.

You must evaluate constantly, modify as needed.

Motivate your Rotarian volunteers. Lead by example. Identify expertise in your club. Do not fall into "We have never done it this way" or We have always done it this way."

Remember you ARE your club's leader, your fellow Rotarians expect you to lead.

Do not forget, "Thank-you" and always recognize others for their successes!

                                       Have a great week!

PLEASE FORWARD THIS WEEKLY COMMUNICATION TO ANYONE YOU THINK WILL BENEFIT FROM THE INFORMATION.
Rotary Shares,
Bob Warner, Jr.
