Dear District 6150 Rotarians:

Another long day at the Council on Legislation.  We are only half complete after three days and only two days to go.  I have become the self appointed rules person on limiting debate to get things moving.

We were able to defeat all legislation restricting e-clubs and internet make-ups.

We are working on enactments today and tomorrow and will do resolutions on Friday.

Ken
