| New District & Club Database (DaCdb pronounced Dak-db) has replaced RI-CAS.
Monthly exports from RI-CAS of club Membership and Attendance Reports will no longer work for sending in your monthly reports. All clubs are now using the DaCdb system. To log in, click here.
Monthly reporting along with membership rosters, one-step updates of club and RI membership lists, online directories and lots of other features are included at no cost to clubs.
Weekly attendance recording and maintenance plus dues billing and even a custom club web site are all available as individual premium services at an additional fee to clubs. A special "package" rate is available for clubs wanting all three premium services.
If you need assistance or want more information, click on the Related Articles in the box on the right or contact Sam Hummelstein, District Communications Officer by logging in to the new system and clicking the Help tab.

Club Secretary's Manual- Download the Rotary Club Secretary's Manual (.pdf). This document provides the resources a club secretary needs to fulfill the duties of this important club officer position. (Includes Club Treasurer Section) The success of a Rotary club often depends upon the effectiveness of the club secretary.
The club Constitution and Bylaws included in the Club Secretary's Manual may not reflect the most recent changes as a result of the 2007 Council on Legislation. Use the links below to download the current versions of these two important documents.
Club Secretary's Discussion Questions - These questions should be answered by reviewing the Secretary's Manual as part of preparing to attend the Secretary-Elect Training Seminar (SETS) held during the Club Leadership Retreat each spring.

New Club Officers - See item above - this is now automatically handled in DaCdb by updating the positions for your "elect" officers following your December elections each year.

Shop the RI Catalog - Shop for Rotary publications, books, audiovisual programs, Rotary Club forms and supplies online.
Purchase Rotary International emblem merchandise from licensed suppliers. Supporting these vendors helps support Rotary International.
Submit Calendar Event - Clubs may now update their own club calendars using DaCdb. Club fund-raisers are automatically added to the District calendar and visible by members of other clubs.
