Rotary District 6150 Goals 2005-06

April 2, 2005

District 6150 goals support the goals of Rotary International.

Continuity - Rotary must create long range plans to address needs locally and around the world.  Resist the urge to change directions each year by formulating long-term goals and objectives.

Implement programs to support President Carl-Wilhelm Stenhammer’s emphases:

Literacy

Continue or start programs that address literacy.

Water management

This emphasis includes an additional focus of alleviating hunger and improving the health and well being of all who are deprived of these essential resources.

Cooperation

Seek opportunities to cooperate with other organizations in areas of mutual interest.

Enhance public image

Build on the good will from Rotary’s Centennial Celebration.  Tell your story!
