Calendar - Club Fundraiser

One of two major fundraisers sponsored by the Rotary Club of Stuttgart. This event,held since 1952, involves participation from hundreds of local businesses who donate products and services to be sold. We have raised thousands of dollars for local, regional, and national projects.

2007 Optus Senior Golf Tournament - Sept 10-14, 2007

Second Annual Optus Senior Golf Tournament. Rotary Club of Jonesboro-University Fund Raiser. Combination of Senior Pros Tournament and two days of Amateur/Pro tournament. High School Shoot-Out, Youth Clinics and Ladies Clinics.

The auction is located in the Pocahontas Community Center. The date is April 28th, 9:30am till 2:30pm. We will have it broadcast on the radio and also our local cable TV.

Our special raffle item will be a "very big" tool box from Waterloo Ind. with a retail value of over $9,000.00. Our Rotarian's are going to sell 300 tickets @ $25.00 a ticket for this. This is the first and last year for the raffling of the tool box. We have always auctioned it off before but as you may have read in the Jonesboro Sun our factory Waterloo Ind. is closing and moving to Mexico. This will be the last year for a tool box so we are trying to raise the most money possible.

* Description: Sponsored by the North Little Rock Rotary Club with participation from other Central Arkansas Rotary Clubs) this event features live and silent auctions, good food, beverages and a special preview showing of "Steel Magnolias." Proceeds from the event are used to fund the good works of Rotarians in Central Arkansas.

Rotary Club of Fairfield Bay Annual Golf Tournament

Description: Each year FFB Rotary awards $12,000 in financial assistance to local HS graduates with the proceeds from this tournament.

98% of all monies raised go back to youth projects in Greene County, Arkansas. Auction items are donated from local businesses and vendors after they are solicited by our Rotarians. Our net proceeds from last year's auction were around $14,000 and that money was used to help fund 29 projects that impact our youth.

Rotary Club of Heber Springs Scholarship Scramble tees off Sept. 16

The Ninth Annual Heber Springs Scholarship Scramble hosted by the  Rotary Club of Heber Springswill take place Friday, September 16 at Red Apple Inn and Country Club.

It will be a four person scramble and teams will be flighted after play. There will be a lunch at 11:45, and tee time is 12:45 for a shotgun start.

The entry fee is $65 per person which includes lunch, greens fees, cart and merchandise prizes.

The scramble will benefit students who need financial assistance.
